Introducing our newest Chiropractor, Dr. Vanessa Wray!
We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Vanessa Wray to the Move To Move Team! A Calgary native, Dr. Wray’s passion for sports like softball and snowboarding, combined with her own injury recovery, led her to pursue a career in chiropractic care.
Vanessa takes a holistic approach to care, combining chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapies, dry needling, and functional exercises to help patients of all ages maintain an active, healthy lifestyle.

With a special interest in treating head and neck pain, including TMJ dysfunction, and a passion for helping climbers recover from injuries, Dr. Wray is dedicated to providing comprehensive care for her patients. We are excited to have her on board starting February 11th!

OPEN HOUSE was a success!
We are happy to share that our Open House week went great! With a full schedule of free movement classes, we introduced over 20 new students to our community. Thank you to everyone who came out to enjoy a class – it was so wonderful to see so many new faces and to share the joy of movement with you all. If you enjoyed the classes, we would love to see you again soon.

Thank you to everyone who came out and donated to Roger’s Turkey Burner fundraiser! We were able to provide large food hamper and $175 to the Calgary Food Bank. It was such a meaningful way to give back to the community during the holiday season.
