Class Descriptions

Regularly Scheduled Classes

Kinstretch

Developed by Functional Range Systems and is defined as a movement enhancement system that develops maximum body control, flexibility and USABLE ranges of motion.  Can be used as part of a membership.  

5:30-6:30 PM Mondays and Wednesdays

In order to attend our regular Kinstretch classes, you will need to attend a 60 minute session with Physiotherapist Nolan Berner, where you will learn the basic terminology and movements of Kinstretch. In addition, you will receive video support and two free drop-in Kinstretch classes.

  • Private 1 on 1 session $155.00 (This session can be billed as Physiotherapy under your Extended Health Benefits).
  • Semi private (2 or 3 attendees) $80.00 per person.

Physical Preparedness

These classes are transformative! Let us unlock the inherent wisdom you have in your body. Based on deep knowledge developed by Marcello Palozzo, these conditioning classes will transform your body to be strong, supple, elastic, and resilient.

Movement Class

Learn and express movement in these interactive classes. We study various modules, including acrobatics, athletics, open forms (dance), & martial. We pull out the elements that allow us to develop our capacity to move in a rich and fulfilling way, and we progress through them with clear progressions and well thought out processes that allow anyone to develop. Expect to run, jump, roll, hang, pull and push, be agile and quick, move on the ground and in the air! Each semester we dive deeply into specific subjects, once you have them installed they are yours to use throughout your life!

If you are not familiar, or are wanting to get back into shape after a long time off, we suggest you take a few Physical Preparedness classes before joining a Movement class. Handstands with Colin

Achieve your clean handstand and beyond.

Whether you are brand new to hand balancing or ready for advanced progressions, this class is for you. We offer process-based, individualized programming with clear goals tailored to your ability.

In this class we will focus on:

  • Loaded Progressive Hip Mobility
  • Core & Shoulder Conditioning
  • Dedicated Handstand Practice

Acrobatics with Kathryn

This is an open-level class integrating drills, mobility, floor work, skill-based training, acro conditioning, integration, and improvisation—building both capacity and flow.

Winter session focus includes:

  • Spin wheels
  • Macaco variations
  • Rolling pathways & floor work

Prepaid Registered Classes

Metabolic Mondays with Colin

Do you want a Monday night session that builds real capacity — not just sweat? Metabolic Mondays is a progressive, coached 8-session series that blends strength, metabolic conditioning, and resilience training so you leave stronger, fitter, and more capable in everyday life and the activities you love.

Across the series you’ll get:

  • Strength training with methodical progressions to increase force production and durability.
  • Metabolic conditioning to improve work capacity, pacing, and recovery under load.
  • Resilience & mindset coaching — tools to approach intensity safely, push past plateaus, and grow mental toughness.
  • Recovery strategies and short at-home guidance to ensure that hard training compounds into lasting gains.
6:30-8:00 PM every other Monday

Private Training

If you are not ready to join classes in a group setting we still want to work with you! We offer both Kinstretch and Movement in a private setting, where you work privately 1 on 1 or semi privately, with 1 or 2 close friends. In these sessions your coach will craft a customized session. Progressing toward specific goals that you both agree on.

Personal training is also available for clinic patients who want additional support on the home exercise program given to them by their therapist. With this collaborative approach between the patient, the therapist and the trainer you will be held to account and proper form will be ensured, resulting in quicker and more effective recovery.

Clinical Pilates

Clinical Pilates – Launching January 2026!

Discover a smarter, more effective way to move and feel better. Clinical Pilates at Move To Move combines the expertise of physiotherapy and manual osteopathy with the proven principles of Pilates – creating a powerful, evidence-based approach to recovery, strength, and whole-body mobility.

Every new client starts with a one-on-one Clinical Pilates Assessment with a Certified Clinical Pilates Therapist. From there, we create a fully personalized program just for you, using specialized equipment like the Reformer, Tower, and Wunda Chair. You’ll receive hands-on guidance, breath work cues, and ongoing feedback to ensure every movement is safe and effective.

Session Options

  • Private sessions – 30 or 45 minutes of focused 1-on-1 attention
  • Semi-private series – Small trio groups in a registered 5-week program

All sessions are led by our dedicated therapists:

  • Karen (Registered Manual Osteopathic Therapist)
  • Lea (Registered Physiotherapist)

Good news: Because your sessions are delivered by registered health professionals, they are eligible for reimbursement under most extended health benefits plans.
