Classes are based on general movement practice, enabling clients to increase strength, mobility, and overall body awareness. We offer physical fitness education and training, group classes, private and semi private training, online virtual classes, and online coaching.

What makes MOVE TO MOVE stand out? MOVE TO MOVE has a much more rounded and inclusive approach to physicality. Our clients find the more thoughtful and playful approach allows them to regain lost capability and through physical research, to regain the wonder of discovery in a safe and welcoming environment.
These classes are 60-90 minutes in length, designed in a way that students of all abilities can work toward specific goals.
Classes include the following components:
warm-up, movement quality, targeted mobility, strength, and accessory work. Other components to be added on a regular basis will be: balance and coordination, locomotion, acrobatics, pattern recognition, and many more.
Developed by Functional Range Systems and is defined as a movement enhancement system that develops maximum body control, flexibility and USABLE ranges of motion.
Classes are suitable for all levels of ability. Each class will address aspects of Spine, Shoulder and Hip health. Weekly 60 minute Drop-in Classes taught by our Certified Kinstretch Instructors, and Private or Semi Private Kinstretch Classes or Series available upon request.

A facility that combines a full rehabilitation clinic & a movement studio, we offer an open space, equipment, and online classes to fit your lifestyle & comfort.
Work 1 to 1 with a coach in person at MOVE TO MOVE or online by ZOOM. During these sessions expect to work specifically toward goals as agreed upon between your coach and yourself.
Work with 1 or 2 friends or loved ones directly with a coach. As with private training expect to work towards specific goals as agreed upon by the group as well as the coach.
This involves a complete, rounded approach to a movement practice that you can do in your home, on your own time. Online programming options are either 1 month or 3 months.
