If you are looking to move better and develop more freedom and capacity in your body, this class is for you! These 1 hour classes are offered on a weekly basis, Wednesday at 5:30 PM, and Saturday at 9:00 AM.
Our Movement 101 Classes are designed to introduce you to the vast world of human movement, and to develop the basic tools and capacities that are necessary for further development. Expect to work with others, to participate in engaging tasks, games, and to work hard!
Classes will include the following components: warm-up, movement quality, targeted mobility, strength, and accessory work. Other components to be added on a regular basis will be: balance and coordination, locomotion, acrobatics, pattern recognition, and many more.
If you are new to movement, we require you attend at least 4 Movement 101 classes before attending regularly scheduled movement classes.
