April marks the transition from our Winter session to the highly anticipated Spring/Summer Semester. Whether you’re looking to refine your handstand or flow into new movement patterns, now is the time to jump in!

- April 18: Last day of the Winter Semester.
- April 20–25: Spring/Summer Open House Week (Free Classes!).
- April 27 – July 31: Spring/Summer Semester in full swing.

Come experience our community firsthand. These classes are free, adaptable to all abilities, and the perfect way to meet our instructors.
- Tuesday, April 21
- 5:30 – 6:30 PM: Movement Class
- 6:30 – 7:30 PM: Handstand & Prep Class (with Bonar)
- Thursday, April 23
- 5:15 – 6:00 PM: Clinical Pilates Intro Class (limit 4 People)
- 6:00 – 7:00 PM: Movement/Acro Class (with Kathryn)
- Saturday, April 25
- 9:00 – 10:30 AM: Movement/Prep Class (with Bonar)

What’s Coming in the Spring/Summer Semester?
We are diving deep into a brand-new training cycle!
- Physical Preparation: We’re setting fresh benchmarks and specific goals to hit by end of July.
- Movement Class: We’ll be exploring classical ground locomotion while introducing new elements to keep the practice playful. Expect games, bar challenges, and a total-body refinement that will leave you feeling more capable than ever.

We are proud to support Dr. Brianna in her upcoming efforts for the Tour Alberta for Cancer. Our community is built on movement, and we love seeing that energy directed toward such a meaningful cause.

A massive round of applause for our resident chiropractor, Vanessa Wray, and physiotherapist, Evan Lukasik!
They spent their long weekend representing Move to Move at the Western Cup Volleyball Tournament, providing top-tier care and support to young athletes.
