🧘‍♀️ Coming Soon: Clinical Pilates!

We are thrilled to announce an exciting new service coming to Move To Move in early 2026: Clinical Pilates!

Two of our amazing and dedicated therapists, Lea Juszkiewicz and Karen Vito, have embarked on extensive training in this specialized field. They are developing their expertise to bring you a unique and highly effective approach to rehabilitation, injury prevention, and overall well-being.

What is Clinical Pilates?

Clinical Pilates is a specialized and effective form of exercise that merges the core principles of traditional Pilates, such as core stabilityposture, and controlled movement, with advanced rehabilitation and biomechanical knowledge.

Provided by trained healthcare professionals, this approach is tailored to your individual needs. It is highly effective for:

  • Targeted Rehabilitation: Treating conditions like lower back pain, joint injuries, and chronic pain.
  • Injury Prevention: Strengthening deep core muscles and improving movement patterns to reduce future risk.
  • Enhanced Performance: Boosting your overall strength, flexibility, and body awareness.

Stay tuned for more information on how Lea and Karen will be incorporating Clinical Pilates into customized treatment plans, and how you can book your sessions in the new year!
