This new comprehensive service helps identify movement patterns, prevent injuries, and optimize performance for anyone who wants to walk, jog, or run with greater ease and efficiency.
What is a Running Assessment?
Our Running Assessment is a comprehensive 60-minute session designed to evaluate how your body moves while running. Using slow-motion video analysis, functional movement screens, and clinical strength and mobility testing, we assess your biomechanics to identify potential issues and tailor a plan to meet your goals.
This Assessment is Designed for Runners of All Levels!
- New Runners: Start strong with proper biomechanics to prevent injuries. Learn about training plans, footwear, strength exercises, and nutrition to build a solid foundation.
- Injured Runners (Chronic Pain): Struggling with persistent pain? Slow-motion video analysis pinpoints compensatory patterns and tissue overload, uncovering the root cause of your injury.
- Injured Runners (Acute Pain): Sudden injuries often stem from changes in training, footwear, or stress. We identify these triggers and recommend adjustments to reduce tissue load.
- Performance-Driven Runners: Want to set a personal record? We optimize your running economy with tailored insights via video analysis.
