Karen is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist with certifications in relaxation, therapeutic, sports massage, myofascial cupping, and RAPID neurofascial reset (Upper and Lower Body). Her commitment to holistic care led her to pursue additional training, culminating in her designation as a Manual Osteopath in March 2022. During her studies, she acquired expertise in a craniosacral therapy and visceral manipulation techniques. Karen’s primary objective is to empower individuals on their path to optimal health by providing personalized treatment plans aimed at facilitating the body’s natural healing processes.
Inspired by her own recovery journey aided by manual therapy practitioners, Karen recognized the transformative potential of modalities such as massage and manual osteopathy. Eager to expand her expertise, she recently completed Neurokinetic Therapy Level 1 and attained certification as a Holistic Nutrition Consultant.
