(Chiropractors)

Sport Specialist Chiropractor – B.Kin, DC, FRCCSS(C)

Dr. Roger Menta is a Sport Specialist Chiropractor with more than 10 years of clinical experience treating athletes, active individuals, weekend warriors, and general musculoskeletal patients. His care is individualized, assessment-based, and focused on helping patients recover from injury, improve how they move, and return to the activities they care about.

Roger completed his Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of Calgary before earning his Doctor of Chiropractic from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, where he graduated with Clinic Honours. He later completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Sports Sciences, giving him advanced training in sport injury management, rehabilitation, performance care, and return-to-activity planning.

Roger believes effective treatment starts with understanding the full picture. Rather than only chasing symptoms, he looks at movement patterns, joint capacity, strength, mobility, training demands, and individual goals to better understand what may be contributing to pain or injury. From there, he builds a practical plan that helps patients make progress in the clinic and carry that progress into their daily life, training, or sport.

His treatment approach may include chiropractic care, soft tissue therapy, dry needling/acupuncture, joint manipulation, Functional Range Systems methods, mobility training, rehabilitation exercises, and patient education. Roger uses these tools to help create better movement, improve function, and support longer-lasting recovery.

As an Ironman athlete himself, Roger understands the physical and mental demands of training, competition, setbacks, and returning from injury. He enjoys working with endurance athletes, runners, cyclists, triathletes, lifters, recreational athletes, and anyone who wants to move, train, or live with more confidence.
