Physiotherapist Job in Calgary, AB with Vestibular & Concussion Focus

Move To Move is hiring a Physiotherapist with Vestibular and Concussion training for a flexible on-site role in Calgary, AB. This position is available 3 days per week up to full-time and is ideal for a clinician who enjoys managing complex concussion and vestibular cases while maintaining a strong general orthopaedic caseload.

Move To Move has been located in Ramsay-Inglewood for over 9 years and operates as a hybrid rehabilitation clinic and movement school. Our 4,000+ sq. ft. facility allows physiotherapists to move beyond the treatment room and apply rehabilitation in a functional, real-world setting. Our clientele includes climbers, mountain athletes, firefighters, and dancers who are focused on returning to high-level performance—not just symptom relief.

In this role, you will serve as the clinic’s primary provider for Vestibular and Concussion care, while also treating general orthopaedic conditions. You’ll work in extended one-on-one sessions that allow time for patient education, movement analysis, and progression. Collaboration is central to our care model, with close coordination alongside Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Manual Osteopaths, Massage Therapists, and Strength Coaches to deliver comprehensive, performance-driven recovery plans.

COMPENSATION: Percentage-based compensation with a supportive hourly “bridge” during your onboarding.

BENEFITS:

  • Competitive Pay: Percentage-based compensation with a supportive hourly bridge during onboarding
  • Mentorship: Weekly and monthly one-on-one sessions with senior therapists and access to a comprehensive exercise video library
  • The Facility: Full access to on-site gym and group movement classes for personal training and professional development
  • Administrative Support: Dedicated front-desk support and Jane.app for streamlined scheduling and documentation
