Movement classes

These classes are 90 minutes. They are designed in a way that students of all abilities can work toward specific goals. Every class will include the following components: warm-up, movement literacy, targeted mobility, strength, and accessory work. Other components to be added on a regular basis will be: balance and coordination, locomotion, acrobatics, pattern recognition, and many more.

Kinstretch classes

KINSTRETCH classes are suitable for all levels of ability.  

Classes are 60 minutes long, offered in our KINSTRETCH studio. 

The certified KINSTRETCH teacher will lead students through Controlled Articular Rotations.  Students will then explore End Range Options from various Base Positions. We will move from one Base Position to another using Isometric Movement Paths.

Classes end with breath work or isometric ramping techniques.

Movement based physiotherapy provided by therapists with a deep understanding of human movement and potential.  Patients will be expected to work hard, and achieve results, which will translate to true recovery and return to full activity.

Physiotherapists will treat using a wide variety of techniques from manual therapy and Functional Range Release, Functional Dry Needling, Medical acupuncture, Functional Range Conditioning, Applied Functional Science.

All appointments are 1-on-1. Please book a 60 minute initial assessment for first time clients. Follow-up treatments are 45 minutes. To show our appreciation, all MOVE TO MOVE members will receive a discounted rate for all follow-up treatments.

Shockwave Therapy

Shockwave therapy is used by our physiotherapists to relieve pain quickly and restore mobility to injured areas. Its state of the art technology brings about lasting results in 3 – 15 minute sessions. Shockwave Therapy works by producing high energy acoustic waves to the targeted areas through the following:

New blood vessel formation, reversal of chronic inflammation, stimulation of collagen production, dissolution of calcified fibroblasts, and the release of trigger points.

An initial Physiotherapy assessment appointment is first needed to see if Shockwave Therapy is a right fit for your body.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapists will treat using various techniques from sports & deep tissue massage, fascial therapy, myofascial cupping, acupressure meridian massage, Chi Nei Tsang (organ targeted treatments), scar management, exercise, and education.

For all first time clients, please book at least a 60 minute treatment to allow for an initial 10-15 minute assessment period. Follow-up treatments range from 30-120 minutes. Our therapist will be able notify you as to what timeframe is most appropriate. To show our appreciation, all MOVE TO MOVE members will receive a discounted rate for all follow-up treatments.

Private training

This 1-on-1, 60 minute training session will be offered for those who have specific requirements. Trainers will use a combination of FRC, FMS and personal training techniques.


Designed for those students who are working toward sport specific goals. Students will receive a periodized training schedule customized to their needs. This will involve a minimum 3 month commitment. Offering both in-facility and online options. Please inquire for more information.
