Classes & Training Options
These classes are 60, 90 & 120 minutes. They are designed in a way that students of all abilities can work toward specific goals. Every class will include the following components: warm-up, movement literacy, targeted mobility, strength, and accessory work. Other components to be added on a regular basis will be: balance and coordination, locomotion, acrobatics, pattern recognition, and many more.
KINSTRETCH classes are suitable for all levels of ability.
Classes are 60 minutes long, offered in our KINSTRETCH studio.
The KINSTRETCH teacher will lead students through Controlled Articular Rotations.Students will then explore End Range Options from various Base Positions. We will move from one Base Position to another using Isometric Movement Paths.
Classes end with breath work or isometric ramping techniques.
This 1-on-1, 60 minute training session will be offered for those who have specific requirements. Trainers will use a combination of FRC, FMS and personal training techniques.
Designed for those students who are working toward sport specific goals. Students will receive a periodized training schedule customized to their needs. This will involve a minimum 3 month commitment. Offering both in-facility and online options. Please inquire for more information.
